Due to the fact that many players dislike these new rules, we will be adding in a special dueling mode that allows players to use the current rules if they wish, new cards won’t be added to this dueling mode and we will use the last TCG and OCG banlists available before the first link monster is released, additionally we will also be adding in a third dueling mode, this dueling mode will use the original rules, such as both players drawing a card on the first turn, this dueling mode will only have cards released up until the start of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
We are fully committed to keeping the game up to date and we will be introducing link summoning soon. Link summoning was announced a little while back, while some players love this new change, others hate it. Since its release the game has undergone tremendous changes, while we could spend time thinking about how far we have come and what difficulties we have faced, we here at Kaiba Corporation like to focus on the future!
